Refund & Return Policy

Return period:

Within 15 days from the date of delivery
We do not accept any return merchandise without order number # or shipped out over one month
 from the shipping date.

Who pays for Return shipping costs ?

If the goods are sent by mistake, damaged in transit or have other defects (defective), the seller shall bear the return shipping costs.
However, if the goods are returned due to Customer responsibility (remorse), the Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping

Note:

Customers have up to 15 days to ask for a refund
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested
The serial number of the Product must be verified first

Return an item

You can return most items you bought from the WHATARTER Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive it. Returns are subject to the standard return policy.

Standard Return Policy

To check the return window for your product, go to your Order History page.
You can return an item you bought from the WHATARTER Store within 15 calendar days after the day you received it.
You can return these products within 15 calendar days after receipt:
Canvas Painting Poster/Wall Art/Diamond Painting/Diy Oil Paint by Numbers/Curtain/Pillow Covers/Home-HiFi-Stereo/Radio/Audio/Amplifier

After you start the return process, you’ll have 14 days to complete the return. Your refund will go to the payment method you used (Inclue PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit and credit cards. Elo, JCB, and UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), minus any delivery related costs, no more than 14 days from when your device is received.
The following return process also applies to orders delivered in-person or bought during the delivery appointment. All products purchased during delivery and installation appointments are subject to WHATARTER's return policy.
Nothing herein changes the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for consumers based in the EU. See WHATARTER Store’s Terms of Service.

Return your device to one of the following. After you return your device, you'll receive the refund through your original form of payment.
To return an item to the WHATARTER Store, follow these steps.

Step 1: Provide a valid order number, photo, and or video evidence via email to requested A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) be and our team will assist. If you are not able to provide information as requested by our team, we cannot provide corresponding support and service.
We’ll also send you an email with this information.
Tip: If you see "Device is not eligible for return," your shipment either hasn’t shipped yet or has passed the 15 day return limit. If it hasn’t shipped yet, you may be able to cancel or change your order.

Step 2: Prepare your return package Include the following items in your package:
The box your purchase came in The device or accessory
Other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the device
The return slip from your return confirmation email (find your device serial number if you need it)
Make sure to remove the following items from your package:
Device cases
Batteries in remote control
Accessories that didn’t come with the device

Step 3: Send your item back to WHATARTER
The item should arrive in its original condition. Use the labels and follow the instructions in the WHATARTER Store support email or on the Order history page.
If you’re returning multiple items, package and ship each item separately with its unique shipping label and return label. If you don’t ship each item with its correct labels, there may be a delay in processing your return.
A refund can take 1–14 business days once the return product is inspected.


Step 4: Check your refund status
You'll find the estimated refund amount before the refund is issued.
After the returned product is inspected, a refund can take 1–14 business days. After it's processed, you'll find the actual refund amount and the date we issue it.
For users in Japan: Your bank may take up to a maximum of 45-60 days to process your refund.

Products return must be in new & resalable condition.

They will be inspected upon receipt.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping to customer address & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.

Refunds will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.
